Holistic Course

WHAT WILL THe holistic course LOOK LIKE?

With this program we would like to give unemployed young professionals the opportunity to improve their knowledge, experience and skills so they have a better chance at finding a job in a rural area.

This two-month in residency program takes place on La Junquera farm in Murcia and is a practical introduction to regenerative agri-business. During this period you will live and work on the farm full time and learn from our experienced team. The program is open to all young people living in Spain and whom are registered at Garantía Juvenil (and have an unemployed status).

Besides a series of workshops on the principles of regenerative agriculture and entrepreneurship the program has a learning-by-doing approach. You will be part of different learning projects in which you will be able to work with different levels of responsibility.
