“Viva el Campo” Program

Designed to educate and inspire rural youth to engage in climate mitigation actions within regenerative production and sustainable agribusiness, focusing on sustainable agricultural practices and the rural environment. We combine practical examples with theoretical learning, supported by local schools and institutions.

Our main Objective:

  • To train and educate rural youth to minimize their negative climate impact and maximize the positive through their actions, agriculture, and agribusiness.
  • Build a basic understanding of climate change and sustainability
  • Understand system complexity and the impact (positive and negative) of individual actions.
  • Educate and transform young people’s knowledge into sustainable choices related to agriculture and rural entrepreneurship
  • Combat rural depopulation by inspiring rural youth to find local opportunities and stimulate the economy.
  • Encourage entrepreneurial thinking and employability among rural youth.
  • Demonstrate concept proofs
  • Show positive social and environmental impact through sustainable agriculture and agribusiness.
  • Highlight unconventional business opportunities.
